Abstract
Blind people facing many challenges moving indoor or outdoor. Over 285 million people are visually impaired worldwide: 39 million of them being blind and 246 million have low vision. About 90 percent of the worlds visually impaired live in developing countries.The blind traveller should depend on any other guide like blind cane, people information, trained dogs, and etc.Blind people need some support to feel safe while moving. The survey of the system which is proposed to help those people who are blind or visually impaired.
