Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide a structured method to implant a quality management system, following the requirements of the ISO 9001 in an organization. Taking into consideration the problems of strategy implementation, as well as problems of external adaption and internal integration in the enterprise, through the prism of the application of advanced management concepts, primarily – the Quality Management System (QMS) and the balanced scorecard (BSC). This research is to analyze parallel implementation of BSC as a strategic management system and quality management system by the principle of ISO 9000 certification.
