Abstract
This paper is concerned with the direct, steady state problem of thermoelasticity. An attempt is made to determine the temperature, displacement and stress functions of a thin rectangular plate occupying the space D: 0 £ x £ a, -b £ y £ b, with stated boundary conditions. The finite Marchi-Fasulo integral transform technique has been used to obtain the solution of the problem.
