Abstract
Paper describes the prototype design of the rescue robot. The main objective of the system is to design and construct a robot, which is to be used in an emergency response mission that will be able to venture into terrain and environments that are otherwise too dangerous for human responders. The project proposes manually operated robot vehicle that moves in area and helps in identifying the live people and to perform rescue operations or missions. The main function of Rescue Robot is to detect survivors and inform rescue team by giving information through the indicators. The robot is controlled by microcontrollerATmega328 and will be driven via Bluetooth module HC-05. The robot also consists of three sensors that is PIR, flame and Gas sensor for detecting presence of human, fire and combustible gas in air respectively.
